As doing the impregnation, no liquid remainder results in a successful outcome. However, the moisture remains on the surface of products because degreasing wash is necessary to remove the cutting oil and dust ahead of the impregnation processing .
After the process of degreasing, the conventional method which makes water evaporated by using jet heater has its limits. Some products won't let moisture out and moisture returns to water as they cool down.
Therefore, we remove moisture on the molecular level by putting the products of the high temperature in the sealed tank to dry them in vacuo.
